Has my order shipped? Because we only process orders once a week it may take a maximum of 7 days for us to ship your order after we have recieved confirmation of payment. All orders are shipped out on Fridays and we do not sent out any confirmation that your order has been sent after it has been sent. When you place an order with us it is will always be shipped within 7 days; if not, you will be notified. [top]
Is the number starting with EC the reference number? Yes, with the EC reference number you can pick up the tickets at the desk. You need to identify yourself with a valid ID. [top]
I did not recieve my order yet, what should i do? Depending on where you live it can take up to 25 working days to deliver your order. When you have recieved our e-mail with the sending date, you can calculate a date of arrival. [top]

How do I return my product? First you will need to tell us: Quantity (Qty), Reason for return, Manufacturer's packaging (Opened or Unopened), and Resolution Requested (if you would like a refund or replacement order shipped). I received the wrong product Compare the received order confirmation with the product you received. If this is the same, you ordered the wrong product. If the product on the confirmation is different from what you received, please sent us an e-mail with your order refence number and explain which item on your order has not been received and which product you got instead. An item is missing from my shipment First, check the order information on your order and make sure that you've received a code for every item. If you have all the codes, but still can't find the item, search through the packing material in the boxes to see if they are really empty.
